Issuance of Trade License (Certificate of Enlistment) in real-time in Municipal Areas

Procedure

Step 1

For Issuance of Trade License (Permanent Certificate of Enlistment) the Applicant has to apply through ONLINE mode only in e- district portal (http://edistrict.wb.gov.in). The applicant has to complete OTP Based Registration for the applying online. Then After Registration Applicant can login using own Username and Password. Application form along with supporting documents should be submitted and after submission of Application Identification Number (AIN) will be generated.

Step 2

After submission of Application, Applicant can track his/ her application status using AIN no. Applicant can pay the total fees immediately after submission of application or from track application where payment link will be available.

Step 3

After selection of payment gateway, preview of the Certificate will be shown with the details provided by the applicant. Applicant can check the details of the certificate which will be generated after payment.

Step 4

Applicant can edit the wrongly entered data by sending the application in draft through Cancel option.

Step 5

If all the information furnished by the applicant is proper, then applicant can make payment online and immediately after payment Certificate will be generated in Real-time.
